What forms of payment are accepted by Valônia Véras online store?

In addition to Visa and MasterCard credit cards, we also accept cash payment with bank slip.

How long does it take for the payment to be approved?

Credit card transactions are approved in minutes. For payment slips, the payment information is after receiving the payment from us within one business day (and it is not necessary to send the receipt). If not ordered, you will be able to make the payment of the ticket on time, yours will be automatically canceled and as parts will be returned to stock.

What is the shipping deadline for orders?

We deliver to all Brazil with the following shipping times: Pac - from 10 to 15 working days and Sedex - from 2 to 8 working days.

How do I track my delivery?

Do you have a special pack for gift?

Yes. At the time of purchase you can select that your order is a gift and you can also write a personalized message that will go with the purchase. We will make a special packaging with a ribbon bow personalized with our logo around the silk.

Is it possible to change the delivery address after closing my order?

Do you have a physical store?

The creative studio Valônia Véras is located in Lisbon (Portugal), where its collections are also available, at the ERITAGE art gallery - located at Rua das Janelas Verdes - Lisbon. Currently the online store serves the entire Brazilian market and will soon serve the international market.

I won a gift bought here on the site, but I want to exchange it. How to proceed?

Please contact our customer service by email contato@valoniaveras.com, within 7 calendar days after receiving the order at the shipping address informed, with the order number and products you want to exchange. The order must be in its original packaging, with the tag and no indication of use.

I received a different product than the one I ordered requested. What should I do?

Please contact our customer service by e-mail contato@valoniaveras.com, stating your order number and the product that was sent, that we will explain the product return process and arrange the correct product shipment. In cases like this, the costs of returning the wrong part and shipping the correct part are up to us.

How do I place an order on the website?
